Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to check your delivery status anytime.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at support@skirtco.com.

How do I return an item?

Simply email us at support@skirtco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 to 2 business days. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are completely free.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@skirtco.com with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will take care of the rest.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with waist, hip, and length measurements in US sizing (S, M, L, XL). We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering. When in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Do your skirts run true to size?

Generally yes. Our skirts are designed to fit true to US standard sizing. If a particular style runs differently, we note it in the product description.

What are your skirts made of?

Our skirts are made from high-quality lightweight fabrics including polyester, chiffon, and woven blends — carefully selected for comfort, drape, and durability. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my skirt?

We recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing at high heat to preserve the fabric and shape.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your payment details on our servers.
