Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days, we can't accept returns.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
Final sale items and items marked non-returnable on the product page are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@skirtco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Keep your receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If we sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us immediately at support@skirtco.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
